Hello, I have a Bedroom available in a very roomy apartment in Greenpoint. It is a three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. This is a great part of the neighborhood, very quiet at night and safe to walk around all hours with a great plethora or restaurants and stores to choose from.

A good sized room with two large closets with two sliding doors and a big window which get lots of sun in the morning, There is also a in-wall A/C slot below the window to accommodate air conditioning. you share a bathroom with one other roommate as I have my own.

The living room is very spacious with bay windows which gets lots of sun all day long the apartment also has a washer dryer in house. The Apartment also has a washer and dryer in the building and open ROOF ACCESS where you can hangout on sunny days or whenever. The apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, a quick walk from the Nassau ave G train and Bedford ave L trains. There is also a B48 bus right out front, which takes you to both trains.

A little about me (who you will be living with): I am a twenty seven year old graduate of the New School University currently working toward my Masters at the city school. I work full time during the week and go out in the evening most nights so we are usually around the apartment occasional nights and weekends, I am very clean and respectful to my place and others and am looking for like minded individuals.
