Private Bedroom Available In Peaceful Neighborhood

Two females looking for a third female roommate for our spare bedroom. We live on the second floor of a private house in Gravesend (Brooklyn). The room is 12½ x 8 ft. with two large windows overlooking a backyard. The room, as is, has a twin bed, drawers, closet, air conditioner, night stand and chair. The room is available furnished or unfurnished. We would share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer unit in apartment.

My daughter and I are seeking a full-time professional woman who like us is busy yet friendly. We have a caged guinea pig. Most of our socializing is done outside our home. We would love to find someone who is tidy, considerate and friendly. The neighborhood is very safe. We are a 10 minute walk from both the D and N train lines. There are many restaurants, a post office, library, grocery and shopping nearby.

The rent is $800/month. We would split the utility bills (electricity, gas and Wifi) three ways. We require first month rent and a month of security; pay stubs; ID; and two references (personal and/or work) or credit report. We are open to short (three month) and longer (one year) term rental agreements.
