Dear Potential Roommate (female only please):

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR THE DESCRIPTION.

Currently, I live with my mom in this two-bedroom unit in a town-house. I live in the smaller room and my room lives in the master room. Since I am going to Canada to study, I would like to sublet either my room or my mom's.

The picture you see is the bigger room where my mom stays, fully furnished. The rent is $950 per month. If you have a smaller budget, you can choose to sublet my room, which is $850 per month (I did not include the smaller room because I am currently packing, but you are welcome to come see it)

Important note: we have a super cute toy poodle, so you must be a dog lover.

The bathroom and kitchen is shared. If you are currently looking for a room to stay and you are cool with the house rules below, feel free to reach out.

No smoking.
Keep quiet all the time, no loud music.
Take the cleanness of the house as the highest priory, this includes: wash your dishes immediately after you finish eating, clean the bathroom up after using it, take the trash out whenever you leave the house (even if it's not fully filled yet), keep the dining table clean, etc.
DO NOT bring guest to the house (unless permitted).

Rent is $950/month, not include electricity, and internet. The extra cost of utility is around $60 per month, if you need to use AC, it will be a little extra.
