I am a photographer/writer, and my roommate is a physic teacher/student. Easy going and clean. Your room is private with good lighting, heat, and an air conditioner for the summer. It is the biggest bedroom in the apartment. Very safe, quiet, and a great neighborhood. Cool restaurants and bars nearby. Two blocks from Whole Foods and two other grocery stores. Near R, G, and F trains. One-stop away from most other trains at Atlantic/ Barclay Station. This includes the Barclays Center and BAM quickly to the city. Full access to the house. Looking for a clean and easy-going roommate. Short (at least 4 months) would be considered up to a long-term lease. The room can be converted into two smaller rooms as shown in the photographs. A bed, desk, and bookshelf come with the room or can be removed. Rent is $1300 a month plus utilities and one month's deposit. Pets are welcome if not rowdy and or kept clean by the tenant.
