Looking to sublease a medium-sized bedroom from July 1st 2020 through February 28th 2021. The 3-bedroom apartment will consist of 2 other roommates who live on the other end of the apartment, and Ollie who is an adorable and friendly cat!

The roommate must be clean, quiet, and respectful of the common areas.

About the apartment:

The bedroom will be unfurnished. A photo of the empty bedroom is accompanied by an example of what it might look like furnished. The window looks out into the backyard and gets a good source of indirect sunlight during the day. There is also a closet and window AC unit for your convenience.

In addition to the bedroom closet, you will have your own storage space in the refrigerator and freezer, kitchen cabinets and shower rack.

Everything outside the bedroom will be fully furnished (including silverware, dishes and cookware), so only your furniture for the bedroom is needed!

The building is on the border of Gowanus and Carroll Gardens and gets the best of both worlds. The quiet, family-friendly walks along blocks of gardenfront brownstones and the gritty, artsy blocks of murals, all with hip boutiques, cool bars, and trendy restaurants in all directions!
