The coop has 24 hour security, fitness center, a package room, outdoor grilling area, and onsite parking. No pets, couples, or children.
The spare bedroom, which would be yours, has its own private bathroom and plenty of closet space. It is also quite large, and has an in wall air conditioner already installed. The room is currently lightly furnished, but I don't mind removing the furniture that is currently there.
I have a 75 inch state of the art Sony TV replete with a surround sound system and a PlayStation 5. Also, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining alcove, as well as an eating counter.
