I don’t live in this unit yet, but I put down a deposit for it super early because I was so eager to lock it down before it went on market!

Here’s what got me excited:
- private bathroom for less than $2k each
- 6 minute walk from 11 subway lines
- 5 minute walk from Fort Greene Park and 20 minute walk from Prospect Park
- laundry on-site (in basement)
- newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen (including dishwasher)
- queen/king sized bedrooms + large common areas
- tenants seem to like the building/management company. The previous tenants stayed for 10+ years. The building is managed by IBEC living, which is on lists of the best Brooklyn landlords
- right in the heart of Fort Greene, close to the farmers market and tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops

About me:
26F working in tech. I WFH 2-3 days a week currently. Fully vaxxed. I’m not a big partier but I do like to spend time with friends and would like to invite them over for dinner/movies/drinks once in a while. I’ve lived with roommates for 8 years and have always had good relationships with them!

I’d prefer to live with someone in their 20s or 30s with no pets or couples, but could be flexible here. I’m open to a 12 month or 6 month sublease.
