Extra-large 2 bedroom apartment (900 sq. ft.) in Fort Greene / Downtown Brooklyn. The 2 rooms are on the opposite side of the apartment and there's a separate living room and kitchen.

The room is available on a month to month agreement, no need to sign a one year lease but I would like someone who plans to stay long-term (at least 6 months).

THE ROOM:

King size bedroom (17 x 10) with a huge walk-in closet.
The 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment (living room is in the middle) which provides plenty of privacy.
The room COMES FURNISHED ONLY (cannot be unfurnished, sorry).

THE APARTMENT / BUILDING:

The building is a low-rise brick/brownstone with only 4 units in the building + nice restaurants on the ground floor. Located by LIU / Brooklyn Hospital. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Recently renovated kitchen (new oven, countertops, dishwasher). Great space with hardwood floors and lots of windows (plenty of sunlight at any time of the day).

Brand new washer/dryer in the building (only one floor down!)
