Hi there! My boyfriend and I have a large master bedroom available in our two-bedroom apartment in Fort Greene. We're a clean and friendly couple in our late 20s who love watching movies, traveling and exploring NYC.

- Located in the middle of beautiful Fort Greene
- 5 minutes from the Q, N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, C and G trains and 5 minutes from Atlantic Terminal LIRR
- 15 minutes from downtown Manhattan & 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan
- Dozens of stores nearby including Whole Foods 365, Apple, Target, Trader Joes and more
- Wide variety of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood
- Tons of parks and attractions around including Fort Greene Park, BAM, Barclays Center, City Point, and more

The roommates: Apartment is shared with one couple, Lauren and Sam. We are in our late 20s and work full time. Lauren is a Native Texan but has lived in NYC 10 years and runs events and experiences at a wine and spirits company, which also requires her to travel a lot. Sam is a native New Yorker and a freelance filmmaker. On weekends we spend our time exploring local parks, farmers markets and museums. Sam is a huge film buff and can frequently be found at art house movie theaters (especially BAM, which is across the street from the apartment!). Lauren is a marathon runner and spends lots of time training in Prospect Park. We have lots of friends who live in the area so occasionally host people for dinner or drinks, and our future roommate is always welcome to join the festivities!

Deets: Move in as early as September 23rd. Rent is $1900/month with a one year commitment. Heat and hot water included. Utilities (high speed wifi and electricity) split evenly amongst occupants. Tenant will be asked to sign a sublet agreement and provide 1st month rent and a security deposit equal to one months rent.
