House is 3 floors, first floor is an eat-in kitchen and living room. There is a back yard and patio. All roommates are professionals or graduate students, most have been living at the house for several years.
Your room would be on the second floor and you would share a bathroom with one other person (female). The room is the master bedroom of the house and is large enough to fit a king bed, with sofa, dresser, desk etc. All furnishings seen in pictures are available purchase. There is a fireplace (non-functioning). Extremely large closet as well. House has a washer dryer and dishwasher.
