I've installed new floors, kitchen cabinetry and a stove. Apartment is sun-filled, and has four large closet. It is located in full-service building with elevator and ramp access, multiple laundry rooms, 24-hour doorman, parking garage, package center, senior center, playground and Olympic-Sized swimming pool (for additional fee). The apartment is less than two blocks away from the 2/5 trains at Flatbush Junction, which is 30 minutes away from Lower Manhattan.

Rent includes gas and electric but not cable. Building has $650 non-refundable application fee/credit check, but there is no broker fee You should be able to show steady employment and a good credit score.
