14x9 unfurnished BR for fun, creative roommate

Hi! I’m Craig. I’m the leaseholder on a spacious 3Br/1bath apartment, looking for just one person to split it.
It’s a 4th floor walk up in walking distance to Prospect Park.
The common area is huge and cozy. The available bedroom is big enough for a queen sized bed plus a wardrobe, etc.

There’s a fire escape off the third bedroom, which I’m converting into a guest room/secondary hang spot. I’m also in the process of redecorating/repainting some things, so happy for your input when you move in.

Pretty much anything you could need is within a 10min walk and the B/Q is literally 30sec up the block.

Open to all, but ideally would like someone who is open, warm, creative, friendly, tidy, interested in being part of a home, not just a crash pad.
Bonus if you’re into bourbon and board games :)

This is a lgbtq+ and friendly place. Tobacco can use the fire escape.
