In lovely Ditmas Park on Cortelyou road, Quiet and scenic neighborhood, tree-lined streets., We have a sun-filled large bedroom available in our 8 bedroom, four-bath, large Victorian home in Ditmas Park.
The house features a large Kitchen, several common areas include: a living room, Enclosed Porch, washer and dryer, and lots of storage space. There is a Large gated backyard with a fire pit and space for gardening. Once a week Clean up Service for Public areas only, WIFI, 3 entrances
Us housemates: We are a diverse bunch with different interests and work hours. In normal times, we respect each other's coming and going, and everyone is mellow. We are all considerate of one another, clean up after ourselves and take care of the shared spaces. During Covid Masks are required in all Public areas, we are Pet Friendly

What we are hoping for: A responsible individual with a secure job, who is generally cleanly and considerate. We all have regular jobs and are a house that appreciates quiet nights.
The neighborhood:
Public transportation is easily accessible– the house is a 1 -minute walk from the Cortelyou Road Q stop, a 12-minute ride to Atlantic/Barclay's, 20 minutes to Manhattan, and plenty of buses among the busier streets. The south end of Prospect Park is also only a 10-minute walk away.
There is an organic, coop grocery store down the street (one block), a regular grocery store down the opposite side (1 block), and a Duane Reade 1 block. A Brooklyn Public Library branch is only a 5-minute walk away. The Cortelyou Greenmarket on Sundays features year-round farmers' market
The building is on a block which surrounds the historic Prospect Park South neighborhood, known for the cozy feel of its beautiful Victorian mansions and ginormous tree-lined streets.
