The room has two large windows and two large closets. You’ll also have your own separate apartment entrance and bathroom. There’s really high ceilings in the whole place.
There’s also a third small room that we share, I’m using it as a music room, but could also be used as an office and there’s a backyard off of that room, which is why I don’t rent it out.
I have a little cat named Zelma, she’s adorable, but kind of a jerk.
I’m a musician and sound engineer, pretty chill, I mostly keep to myself and I’m usually in my room or the office.
We would just share the living room and kitchen.
Utilities are just internet and gas, comes out to about $50 a month.
