Sunny Bedroom w 3 Windows + Brick Accent Wall

Hi! I'm looking to sublet my beloved sunny bedroom in Flatbush, Brooklyn for two months.

You can move in anytime on or before March 1st and would be moving out in early May to mid May. Rent is $875, utilities are ~$40-60 and wifi is $23. You would be applying to sublet through our leasing company.

The room is wonderfully lit with three big boxed windows, high ceilings, a brick wall and dark hardwood floors! The room will be lightly furnished with a comfy full sized mattress, a desk, chair and full sized mirror. In the shared space, three more windows shine into an open-floor-plan style living room that connects to a bright kitchen with an eat-in island.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom walk up apartment takes up the entire third floor of a three story, corner brick building. We have a washer and dryer in unit and central air and heating. We also share a private rooftop with the apartment below us.

We are a 6 minute walk to the 5 and 2 trains at Newkirk Avenue Station and a 13 minute walk to the Q and B trains at Newkirk Plaza. There are several grocery stores and bus stops around the corner. There is a Target a 15 minute walk away

Two cats also call this space home. I am looking for someone that will be kind to my roommates, kind to my home and conscious of covid.

Move in = one month's rent + security deposit + a negative covid test

My windows face east so you could see the sunrise every morning, bask in the morning light and bop around in lots of brightness throughout the day. The living room is in the process of being fully furnished and will be completed by the time you move in. We are also a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park, 15 minute walk to a weekly Farmers Market and a half an hour walk/subway ride to Coney Island Beach.
