Hi!

There is an opening for a third roommate in our beautiful Ditmas Park home with outdoor space beginning December 1st
We are located amongst tree lined streets and Victorian mansions, one block from Cortelyou Rd and across the street from the Q train at Beverley.
It's a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants, laundry, groceries, etc. A 10 minute walk to Prospect Park. We're so happy to have access to outdoor green spaces, we just love it here!

The room: It's large enough to fit a full/queen size bed, dresser, desk, and bookshelf. There is also a large double closet and a separate overhead storage space. You'll have a window that faces east. It has the best view and is the sunniest of all the bedrooms. Theres also a place to keep your bike in the backyard. We share the bathroom, kitchen, living, and dining room and outdoor space.

Us: We are two women ages 31 and 41 . We both are in healthcare and work from home. We're interested in art, cooking, meditation, nature, and fitness. We're mature, friendly, independent, considerate, and funny.

The house : We live on the second story of a private home on a very quiet street. Our landlords live below us and appreciate an overall quiet home (as do we) especially in evenings. So, if you're someone who likes to dance around or vacuum your room at midnight it may not be a good fit.

You: Pays your bills on time, considerate of others and in common spaces, doesn't bring the party home and works outside the home.

To move in: 1st month and security
Copy of last 3 paystubs, proof of steady income, and ID.
Credit Score of at least 700
Utilities are split 3 ways and come out to about 65-80$ a month
You'll be hopping on the lease with us which ends in Sept.
