We have one room available in our lovely newly renovated Ditmas house. The room is fully furnished on the second floor of our house. Bathroom is mostly private except for the use of the sink to water the guinea pigs and quick occasional use of the toilet. We are a family of 4, our oldest is at college so only 3 of us live in the house. Our son is in 7th grade and is super chill for a teenager!
We have pets! Nice ones... 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 guinea pigs, 1 turtle named Jimmy.
We are a close family who enjoy spending time together. We have air bnb'd our rooms frequently and are happy to open up our house to those who are friendly, easy going and respectful of our home.
Laundry room is included and is on the second floor.
We have an amazing backyard and front porch to enjoy when the weather warms up.
There is absolutely No smoking of any kind on the premises.
