FULL APT: fully furnished 1 bedroom avail Dec 20

We are subletting our place when we are out of town this winter. Dates available: Dec 20 to April 15. We are looking for somebody who can commit to at least 3 months.

Fully furnished: queen bed, nightstands, dresser, kitchen table and chairs, couch and arm chair, bookshelves, etc. Includes towels, linens, full access to cooking things (dishes, pots and pans, mixer, toaster, soda stream, etc.)

Includes all utilities (gas, electric, heat, internet).

2nd floor. Building has an elevator.

Bedroom is quite large. Even with a queen sized bed, there is room for 2 of us to do yoga at the same time! Bedroom is also very sunny, facing the wide open Brooklyn College fields.

The kitchen/living room is on the smaller size, though that doesn't stop us from hosting friends. Our table sits 4. Kitchen is redone with stainless steel appliances, black granite countertop, and plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom is also recently renovated.

The unit does have a second very small bedroom, but we were planning on using that to store personal items so that you would have full access to an empty bedroom closet and dresser while you are here. The smaller bedroom has a crib and children's toys and books. We can have these out and accessible for you if you are traveling with a baby.

Ditmas Park is a great, quiet neighborhood full of giant Victorian houses. It takes about 30 minutes to get into Manhattan on the Q train. We do not have a car, but street parking is available.
