Hello! I have a bedroom in the apartment opening up on 1/1/2020. Could move in a little earlier at prorated cost if needed. Looking for someone to help me finish out the lease which ends in August. You will have the option to take over the lease then if you should choose to. Would require 1st month and security deposit to move in. Rent is split 50/50 and utilities usually run about $75-100 per person a month.
Room is shown red currently but will be painted back to white before January. Has window, closet and small heater which you can control.
Apartment is located in Flatbush/Lefferts Garden area on church and rogers Ave. Very close to church ave 2/5 stop and not far from the Q either. Close to prospect park and pretty much everything you need is on the block. Bank, drug store, hardware store, etc! Lots of great food too.
About me: 32 year old female florist, Harry Potter enthusiast, late sleeper, LGBTQ+ friendly and keeps the sink clear of dishes.
