I am seeking 1creative and/or young professionals to sublet 1bedroom in a 4 BR 1.5 bath apartment in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. All utilities are included - heat, hot water, electricity, gas, and internet.

The room is the largest in the apartment. The room has 2 windows and a closet, and can fit a dresser, small couch/chair, or bookshelf as well. The rooms is $1,000/ month.

The apartment:
- 5 Minutes from the Q train Avenue H stop
- 10 Minute walk to the B Express train at Newkirk Plaza
- 35 Minute Q train ride to Union Square
- 10 Minute walk to Walgreens and the infamous Di Fara Pizza
- 2 Train stops from the Flatbush Food Co-Op at Cortelyou Road
- 20 Minute walk to Target
- 15 Minute walk to Brooklyn College
- 2 Laundromats within 3 blocks of the apartment
- 2 Post offices a 10 minute walk away
- 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room and kitchen.

About Us:
We are 3 creative, intelligent, hilarious, fun, people in our late 20?s/early 30's. We are three busy and gainfully employed people, we often go days without seeing anyone. The apartment is pretty mellow as we do most of our socializing outside of the house. We are also friendly LGBTQIA supporters.
