We're located in tree-lined Ditmas Park, on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous home surrounded by Victorian mansions. We're literally steps (I'm talking 30 seconds) from the Q train at Beverley, and 1 block from shops, bars, cafes, and more on Cortelyou road. 28 min. to union square. 15 minutes to the beach. 10 minute walk to prospect park.

The room: It has 3 windows that all get natural light and fits a king-size bed, a couch, dresser, and more. The closet is also extremely large with additional overhead storage. Photos really can't do this place justice--it's a gem.

You'll share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony! The house has lots of vintage charm.

About us: You'll be living with a therapist and an event producer, both women. We like theater, meditation, laughter and self awareness. We're friendly, keep pretty busy schedules, and like to keep the house chill and clean.

About you: Looking for someone responsible and grounded (a sense of humor can't hurt), who likes a calm, clean, and laid back living space. You're respectful of common spaces, pay your bills on time, and don't bring the party back home. Our landlords are strict about the following: no smoking, no pets, no sublets.

The details: anytime up until OCT 15th move-in date (we'll pro-rate the rent). You'd be joining us on a 1 year lease. $1,100/month. To move in, you need first month's rent & security. Our landlords will want to see proof of income, ID, and proof of good credit score.
