I am close to my family in Chicago and have friends in Boston who will come to visit me from time to time.
About you: Employed full-time outside of the home. Over 25 years old preferred. No live in partners. No cigarette smokers or heavy drinkers. Laid back and easy going. No couples or pets.
Logistics:
-First and security to move in ($2,400)
-rent is $1,200 per month
-utilities: heat and hot water are included, electricity and internet will be about $40-50 a person per month
-we will sign a subleasing agreement
-I am conducting Facetime and Skype interviews this weekend and during this next week. I will be conducting viewings at the apartment next weekend
-The landlord will want to meet you and conduct a credit and background check on you prior to move in.
-Sublease agreement can be for 3 months to 1 year
-Room can be furnished or unfurnished and has a closet and a beautiful sky window
-Move in is October 1st
-I will be purchasing brand new furniture (couch, dining room table, TV) for the unit
