Alluring Home with in-complex gym and laundry

Looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in August 30th, with the chance of extending your stay after the lease is up if you wish it so. The apartment is a 4 bed, 4 bath unit in East Williamsburg. Every room has its own bathroom, and the room you’d be staying at also has a closet and access to the rooftop. The room is not huge but spacious enough (we can set up a tour if you want).

The place is illuminated by stylish light fixtures and tons of natural light, its bright interior boasts hardwood flooring and an open layout. The living room and bedrooms all have an individual AC/heat unit.

The complex has both a small gym and washer/dryer, and a spacious super cute backyard.

The living room is fully furnished and although the bedroom wouldn’t be I might leave mine behind so we could work something out about that.

Situated in a vibrant East Williamsburg neighborhood, this home offers an amazing location in the heart of the bustling city. Enjoy quick and easy access to public transit with the L, J, and M Lines right around the corner.

There’s a lot of nightlife, thrift stores and coffee shops walking distance, and it’s about a 10 min train ride from Bedford which is really convenient. There’s a lot of places for grocery shopping in the area as well, and Trader Joe’s + Whole Foods + Food Bazaar are not very far.

Right now I have 3 roommates but one is moving out in May and the other in June. So only one of them is staying and he’s pretty chill, mostly stays in his room if he’s home (which isn’t very often) and he doesn’t really use the kitchen so you might have it for yourself unless someone else moves in.

The apartment is rented through a platform called Bungalow, so you won’t have to worry about getting new roommates (although you do get to choose who moves in) and you only have to worry about your own rent even if you’re the only one living the apartment.

The rent does not include utilities but it’s usually about $50, and it does include wifi, a monthly cleaning service, and maintenance amongst a few other things the company provides. There’s also a huge TV in the living room.
