$1100 need roommate to share 2 bdrm 1 bath 2 cats!

I have a room available in my apartment for $1100. My current roommate is moving in with her partner so I am looking for someone chill, responsible, and covid-safe to live with. The bedroom and living room are decently spacious for new york standards - the kitchen is tiny but still has a decent amount of storage.

I've got two friendly cats - they are nice to people and other pets. I am somewhat cluttered in my own room but keep the common space neat, and usually go on a deep-cleaning/organizing spree every few months. My best living situations have been when we are ok with cleaning a few of each other's dishes here and there but don't leave huge messes for the other person to clean.

This is an old building with thick walls so we can make a decent amount of noise without bothering each other. I listen to music pretty much all the time, but am happy to keep things more quiet in the common space whenever you need.

In non-covid times, I like to have people over maybe a few times a month at most, and I'm happy to always communicate with you about that. I have a partner that lives a few blocks away so he might come over a few times a week, and I might be gone a few times a week. I have a fire escape from my window that you are always welcome to use whenever my door is open (and you can ask when it's not!). It is 5 floors up and not fancy, so it's not super comfortable but it can be nice for a "stoop beer" if you need. The 5 floor walkup sucks, I'm not gonna lie. There is laundry in the building tho!
