This apartment is conveniently located between Graham Ave and Humboldt street. Plenty of restaurants and trains in the area. The closest L stop is Montrose Ave about a block away. Also close to the G, J/Z & M.

This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment. It also has central air/heat, a dishwasher & updated appliances.

Utilities are as follows:

Wifi ~$25
Con-Ed (heat, water) ~ Avg ranges between 75-80$ per person.

We also buy toiletries + common area necessities (dish soap, aluminum foil, etc.) in bulk every couple of months if you're interested we each pay about $15.

The room available in the video is the middle room with the separated bathroom. Photos of the room and living space are attached as well.

Due at move-in:
1st months rent ~ $950
Security ~ $950

There is also a washer and dryer in the basement of the building.

We’re looking for one person to fill the room as our current roommate is moving to LA with her boyfriend.

Very quiet, clean, and neat. I have a small dog, he’s a Yorkie his name is Ollie. He’s super friendly and loves to cuddle with people. Expecting roommates who move in to be the same way! Super friendly and hopefully we can become great friends!

1 Male - 27 years old
Grad student pursuing performance studies at NYU. Also very quiet, clean and neat. He has a small Italian Greyhound by the name of Princeton. Very quiet almost never barks and is only here 2/4 weeks of the month.

We have a strict rule of no smoking inside the apartment.
