Hi, I'm moving closer to uni in the UWS and looking for a fun, tidy roomie to take over my room in a 2bd/1bath in East Williamsburg. Lovely apartment building with gym, rooftop, games/social room, bike storage, mail room. Fully furnished flat (you can bring furniture for the room or buy mine) and awesome 27-yo female roommate who works in mid-town (and auditions during the evenings sometimes). Looking for someone who also works (a pretty regular schedule), is tidy, social (likes to go out together once in a while or stay in and watch a film) and easy to live with. Close to the L, G, M, J lines and an easy 20 minute walk into central Williamsburg (or Bushwick). Check more details here:

I'm leaving on the 30th, so looking for someone to take over a 13 month lease from 1 Sept (can be flexible and pro-rate dates if you want to move in later in the month). Requires a $125 background check, but lease can be easily broken if you need to move as long as you find a replacement tenant during the year.
