Hi All!

My Roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to renew our lease with for our three-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg. Rent is $1125 (First and Security needed), a one-year lease and available April 1st. Candidates must make 40x rent or have a guarantor that makes 80x rent.

About the room: The room is in the loft space with French door. The space can fit a queen size bed and a large dresser *current room has a full bed. Your room will be located upstairs and across from the laundry room.

About the apartment: 3 Bed/1 Bath, Updated large kitchen, Living room, Large bathtub, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer (in unit), Central AC and Heat, Balcony, Rooftop, Gym in basement, Virtual Doorman, High Ceilings, Equidistant to L, M, J, G, surrounded by multiple grocery stores (Brooklyn Harvest, Food Bazar, Key, and many more), lots of bodegas, multiple parks nearby, Walgreens, Williamsburg Pizza in walking distance, and most importantly: the apartment is located on the backside of the building.

About Us: We are two females in our mid-late twenties who work in sales/account management in tech. If we aren?t out grabbing happy hour after work, we are at home watching sitcom reruns, real housewives, or true crime shows enjoying a glass of wine. On weekends, we are typically out and about getting brunch or running errands.
