Large Furnished Room in East Williamsburg

The apt is huge and there is plenty of space for privacy as it is two floors connected by a spiral staircase. Upstairs there are two rooms and one bathroom/shower to share as well as the kitchen and living room/dining area, and three more rooms downstairs with an additional bathroom/shower and hang/reading corner.

We also have a very large roof that is finished with decking. Great views and relaxing.

The room that is available is downstairs and is very spacious. It comes UNFURNISHED. Since it is windowless it is only $850/Month but has a ton of room.

All utilities are included in the $850/month rent including high speed internet, Verizon Fios cable, electricity, gas and trash.

Right now the roommates are three girls and one guy. All very nice and easy going. All are working professionals in fashion, tech, music and television. We love to hang and go out together, but they all have separate lives and friends. Even though there are 5 people living here, everyone's schedule is so different that it's almost like living alone. Everyone is very easy to get along with.

The neighborhood is awesome! We have a grocery store (Food Bazaar), laundry, tons of food options and pretty much anything you need about a block away. Graham Ave (1/2 block away from doorstep) has every store you can think of so no need to make long treks into the city to get errands done on the weekend.

G (Broadway) 1.0 mile (1.60km)from doorstep

The neighborhood is getting upgraded! There are two brand new buildings completed on our block which brought a better vibe to our street as a whole. There are several really cool bars that are within a 5 minute walk that are fairly new as well as a few restaurants that have great food.

Everybody is very clean and respectful and ask that you are the same. As long as you are a fun, easy going clean person you will fit right in and will love it!
