Hey everyone!

I have one bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment in East New York. It?s a 5 minute walk from the 3 train (New Lots Ave), 15 minutes from the A and C trains (Van Siclen Ave), and there are a few buses, including the express BM5, right outside of the building. Gateway Center Mall is a 10 minute car ride or bus trip away and there are an abundance of bodegas/corner stores. There is a grocery store and a beauty supply across the street, and a laundromat down the block, so everything you may need is literally within arms reach. Hassle-free street-level parking is available for those who drive.

I am located on the 11th floor, and the entire apartment is spacious and very well lit (there are large windows that face the sun from many angles in every room). The bedroom has a decently sized closet, but those who have a lot of clothes should bring some extra storage. There is one shared bathroom and a shared living room.

This can be a short term situation (3-6 months) but if you grow to love the space you are more than welcome to stay on. I?m a very friendly, laid back girl, and when I?m not at work you will most likely find me reading, eating some bomb vegan food, or making music - I DJ and produce from time to time :) I do enjoy my quiet time and have some older neighbors, so those who can keep parties/loud groups infrequent and limited to weekends are preferred. I?m looking for someone who?s very clean, friendly and of course, responsible. Move in can be immediate. Pictures will be posted ASAP, and showings can be scheduled in advance.
