Right off of the J train at Crescent street the location couldn't be better! 2nd floor walk up in a renovated apartment which includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in unit! The room advertised is small but the current resident has a twin bed, side table, and desk fitting comfortably (room has a closet and a window).
We have a huge shared living space with vaulted ceilings and a brick wall. At the moment there is no TV in the living room so feel free to bring your own! (we all watch "tv" on our laptops).
Bills and Utilities are avg. $70 a month (electricity, gas, wifi) Can be higher in the summer with everyone running ACs.
Central heat but No central AC so bring your window unit.
About the Tenants:
3 professionals who have varying schedules but are courteous about it. We love to cook so the apartment does smell delicious often. We have all the cooking utensils you could ever need and don't mind sharing! We are very laid back and don't bring the party home. Cigarettes stay outside.
