About the space: Second largest room in a 3 bedroom. $800/month with a nonrefundable $300 deposit required to move in. All utilities included except WiFi which is $30 per person. We all pitch in for household supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and cleaning supplies. 1st floor apartment off of the 2/5 trains. One stop away from creature comforts like Target and chipotle. Great food and instacart delivery options available. Can come furnished or unfurnished.
About us: two 20 something professionals working from home since March of 2020. One vaccinated, one waiting for an appointment. Clean, respectful open minded and quiet during work hours.
About You: mature, respectful, open minded and able to pay bills in full on time. Employed (employment verification is required), and making at least 40x the rent ($32,000/year). You will be asked to sign a sublease that is month to month with a long term stay preferred, at least 6 months. Willing to clean common areas (kitchen, living room and bathroom) on a rotating schedule and after individual use if necessary. Aware that we are limiting guests due to covid concerns. Once we are all vaccinated we will be more comfortable with having friends over!
