The apt is a 2 family private home right in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn. The apartment has been recently renovated which include brand new hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and refinished bathroom. Many methods of transportation, 2/5 train Flatbush/Brooklyn College stop. The house is on a quiet street, but is literally walking distance from everything you need.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all needs. The living room is fully furnished and includes and HD projector with PS4 gaming system, Apple tv (HBO, Netflix).

Bedroom ($750/month) Utilities Included:
Medium size room can fit a queen size bed, wardrobe (no closet in room) and then some

I'm a creative/photographer/designer who currently freelances at Interior Design Magazine. I'm a cool, relaxed, and friendly person and like my house to have the same feeling. Usually not home, but occasionally I work from home. I tend to cook once in a blue, but clean right after. I like a tidy well kept house. I am open to some small pets, but no guarantee.
