The building is new. There is a bike storage, a laundry room, a huge gym with a terrace, a parking lot (option) and a rooftop with a nice view on Manhattan.
The 2 and 5 trains are two blocks away (newKirk avenue). Target and all groceries stores are less than 10min walking.
About the room:
It's a large and bright room, that fits a king size bed, with a closet. the Bathroom is shared with the other roommate (30 years old man). As the living room and the kitchen.

You would live with my roommate who is working and also studying. He is 30 years old, very laidback and friendly.
