House Share in East Flatbush

Room 1 (Middle of the house)

What's good people? I go by Hodge and I have four bedrooms available and ready for immediate move-in in a 5Bd, 2Ba house in East Flatbush. I'm looking to fill the space with some great people.. Bonus points if you're: LGBTQIA+ friendly, pet friendly (I have two cats), an artist of any kind, and clean (I hate that I feel the need to put this).

About Me:
* I'm 24, and I'm a professional dancer born and raised in NYC
* My pronouns are He/They

* Cooking is cool, but I love eating out lol let's grab food and drinks as a house.
* I play a lot of music (mainly R&B/throwbacks) and sing in the shower, so brace yourself (I'm not always bad tho)

Room #2 & 3 - $700: spacious and lots of natural light. No closet space in the rooms, but you would get a closet space in. the living room. Can fit full/queen sized bed
Room #4 - $1000: largest room with lots of natural light and access to backyard. There is a private bath in case you aren't into sharing a bathroom with three other people. A couple could feasibly live this space, but you might have to work that out with management if anything.

*The space is great if you're looking for a quick find or temporary situation*

Important Things:
* You're only responsible for your room's rent
* You must make 40x the rent (80x with guarantor)
* Credit score must be 680+ (Maybe you can negotiate something with management if your score is at least in the 600s)
* Move in is first month's rent and security deposit
* Heat and Water is included in rent
* Utilities (electric, gas, internet) comes to about $50 - 100
* Plenty of parking in the area

The house is also located near a supermarket, a bodega, a laundromat, the B12, B17 and B46 buses, and is a fair distance away from the 2, 3, 4, 5, and Q trains.
