Hello! We are looking for a roommate for an Oct 1 move-in date. Monthly total is $750-800 including utilities. We're 5 minutes' walk from the Church Ave B/Q station. Many grocery and other stores nearby on Flatbush and Church Ave; lots of restaurant options and other things. Public library branch is 5 minutes away. There are 3 roommates currently: my boyfriend and I share a master bedroom; our other roommate has one of the two smaller rooms. The spare room includes an air conditioner, a clothing rack, and a closet. We all work; are in our 20s-30s; and enjoy books. We are looking for a fourth roommate to sublease a room sized for a full bed. We all attend the Unitarian Universalist church of Brooklyn, but would be happy to host anyone who is or isn't religious.
