DUMBO Luxury Apartment Sublet

Hey! We have our third bedroom in a flex apartment opening up February 1st in Dumbo, BK. We?re looking for someone to sublease through the rest of our lease (July 30th, 2020). Our building is gorgeous & conveniently located near Albee Square which has a Trader Joe?s, Target, and a number of other stores! The Dumbo area also has a great grocery store & the area has a ton of awesome restaurants and an absolutely gorgeous view of manhattan. One of my favorites.

The closest trains are the F trains out of York Street, 4/5 2/3 out of Borough Hall & the Q/R out of Dekalb, and the A/C/E out of High Street/Jay Street. It?s a quick walk to all of them, prime location.

About Us:
I live here with another professional in her mid 20?s. She?s a teacher & I work in the fashion industry & am in school studying sustainability! We?re both super clean, laid back people and were looking for someone on the same wave length. Definitely need our new roommate to be clean & organized (it?s a must), as we all take turns cleaning the apartment every week. In terms of cleaning supplies/ toilet paper, etc. I order when we run out & we split the cost 3 ways.

Utilities are roughly $100 per month including heat, electricity & WiFi (Price is dependent on heat and a/c usage). Each room is equipped with its own built in unit, super convenient.

The building itself has some great amenities including a rooftop (with a grill), gym, game room, bike storage, and its own laundry room in the basement, in addition to a (free!) coffee machine & printer in the lobby. We also have an atrium/ library on our floor and it has some great selections. ALSO we have a dishwasher. It?s everything.

The room can come half furnished or empty. My current roommate is moving overseas and is looking to sell her stuff, so that option is available.
