I?m looking for a person or couple to rent out my room while I travel abroad (June20th to July 4th)
The room comes already furnished.
The apartment is a duplex with 2 bathrooms and you would share one of them with one person.
The living room has a balcony and we also have a little private terrace on the upper floor.
The building is brand new (2016) and comes with an amazing green rooftop, bbq area, lounge, gym, bike rack, laundry and a nice lobby space. There is also parking inside.
It is literally at the entrance of the Manhattan Bridge (BK side) and I usually bike either the Manhattan or the BK bridge to get into the city (it takes 15 minutes!).
F-line at York is minutes away, as well as A/C/R/N/2.
