Have to move for a short term program and will need to sublet my room in a 2 Bd / 2 Ba luxury high-rise at 388 Bridge Street (Downtown Brooklyn) for the spring.

This is a corner unit on the 36th floor with amazing natural light windows and panoramic views of the harbor and city. The apartment is fully furnished and gets incredible natural light.

Room: Comes with a comfortable bed, a large desk with a dual-monitor setup (perfect for remote work), and plenty of storage.

Apartment: In-unit Washer/Dryer, chef's kitchen with dishwasher, central A/C, and a spacious living room with a bar setup. Large TV, incredibly cozy reading nook, and a high end gaming PC and controllers if you're into that!

Bathroom Sitch: A private bathroom for you (outside of the room) with strong shower pressure (thank god)

Roommate: You’d be sharing with one other male (professional, quiet, clean, and respectful) - in consulting so you might never see him.

Location: 388 Bridge St (Bridge & Willoughby). 2-minute walk to the Jay St-MetroTech station (A, C, F, R) and Borough Hall (2, 3, 4, 5). Commuting is incredibly easy to anywhere in the city (except maybe Williamsburg)

Rent: $3,300 / month (Includes high-speed WiFi, Electricity, and all utilities — very much all in payable to me since I'll still be paying the Landlord and they're ok with that)

Move-in: Flexible (targeting anytime after Jan 10th).

Duration: Move out anytime before May 10th (4 months).
