This apartment is ideal for a couple or a single professional. I’m looking for people who can commit to a two-month minimum, starting May 1st, with the flexibility to extend to Mid-July.

Applicants must be able to provide proof of income exceeding 40x the monthly rent and pay for a background and credit check (usually $25-$50). Personal and/or employer references are welcomed.
1-month’s rent ($3040) and 1-month security deposit ($3040) due upon signing the sublease. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the sublease minus any damages. Preference will be given to applicants who can pay for multiple months up-front and are clean and respectful.

Wifi is an additional $63 per month. Con-Ed charges will vary based on your electricity usage and I will transparently send you the bill each month. Dogs are welcomed if they are well-behaved and house-trained. Cats are welcome if you are exceedingly neat and clean.
