To W.4 St is 17 minutes. Located a few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge Park and five blocks to the Brooklyn Bridge walkway to Manhattan. Amazon lockbox near entrance door.
MINIMUM STAY: One Week $400.00 (5-7 days)
Reserved May 7-10 by a family of 3 from Overseas.
Great for full time students seeking room who attend NYU School of Engineering Tandon. Long Island University, New York University, Pace University in the Financial District, Rates for students are discounted.
Free Verizon 1G internet WiFi and Spectrum WiFi included. Use of washing machine included.
From time to time I travel usually out of the country as I've been doing for years. I'm a recently retired healthcare worker. So now I have the freedom to travel I can rent the room to earn some extra revenue to go see places I've always wanted to. So if I'm away for a while you can check my US postal mailbox that way I don't need to put a hold at the post office.
This is a non-smoking building. There is a smoke/co detector right outside the bedroom. Any smoking will result in a piercing, loud noise. My lease does not allow for any loud noise such as loud music after 10 pm on weekdays, after 12:00 am on weekends.
***Couples who wish to rent should be traveling tourists not those who seek a place to live locally.***
**** Please note that I've had a high number of no shows who made appointments then did not even have the courtesy to respond to my text if they're showing up or not. This really wastes my time as I have other things important to do. Therefore from now on I suggest anyone who wants to rent my spare room should watch the video I posted. It's similar to a virtual tour. The problem is mostly with people who are already living here in NYC. Tourists who come from abroad or even other parts of the US won't be in a position to need to see the room so this would be preferable for me. Those who live here and want to see the room I suggest you check out my video of the room posted because it's been a waste of time when people arrange a in- person tour then not only does not show but does not have the courtesy to respond to my text when I inquire. I'm sorry but apparently this will work better for tourists than for those who already live here in the city.****
