Similar layout as in the picture. Prime location, 2-5 min walk to A/C/F/R/Q/N/B/D/2/3/4/5/G, 3 min walk to trader joe’s and target.
Monthly rent is $2,544 (+electricity and wi-fi would be around $90 per person).
In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, walk-in closet. Can be fully furnished or unfurnished.
Amenities include 24hour doorman, two outdoor terraces, dog park/spa, children’s playroom, study room. Gym and storage are available for additional cost.
My current roommate is relocating and I am looking for a student or professional who is clean and polite. I prefer someone who doesn’t bring the party home, who is willing to share cleaning responsibilities in the common area like the kitchen and living room, doesn’t smoke inside, no pets.
About me: I am a 24yo professional working in FiDi, I wfh twice a week and I love going out in the city on the weekends, but l stay in a lot too. I like music, going to concerts, art galleries, pilates, long walks in the area (there is a lot of cool spots to explore in downtown brooklyn).
