The room available has a beautiful view of our trees in the backyard and is the quietest in the house. You would have your own bathroom with a tub and a closet in your room. The apartment has a calm vibe with a beautiful balcony facing trees. It's very spacious with high ceilings for an NYC apartment. We have a farmhouse sink and a dishwasher. My roommate and I are very friendly, love to explore, and have hybrid work schedules. We're clean and like a clutter-free space (without being unreasonable). People would usually describe us as warm, kind, and fun! The entire apartment is electric with air conditioning units in each room that blow cold and warm air depending on your preference. :)
