Master Bedroom with Private Bath!

Hi all,
We're looking for a roommate to join us in the master bedroom of our true 3bd 2bh apartment in Downtown Brooklyn for an immediate move until the end of our lease in April 2022 with the possibility to renew (it's a rent stabilized building)

As we secured the apartment some time ago you can take advantage of our COVID discount ie the rent is $2100 per month for 9 months (ie 1st Aug to 30th April) with any days /weeks you wish stay before that is free !(the advertised rent is net effective from mid July)

The room has an attached bathroom, huge closet and can easily fit a queen size bed, work desk and additional furniture. The apartment comes with great views, lots of light, dishwasher and in unit laundry!

The building has lots of amenities- a rooftop gym, terrace with barbeque grills, cafe, bike storage, lounge with skyline views etc. Location is super convenient, with the A, C, F, N, R, W, 2, 3, 4, 5 subway lines, Trader Joe's, Target, Fort Greene Park, Macy's all with a radius of 5mins walking. It's just one stop from Manhattan!

You would be sharing the place with 2 of us - professional females, 26 and 29 years old, working in design. We only recently met but like to hang out, make new friends, host people over and explore the neighborhood. We would love for you to join us! We like to keep the place clean, organized and have an easy going, homely vibe around the apartment.

We're hoping to find someone with a similar vibe - clean, social and friendly between 25 - 35 years, professional, male or female but no pets.
