The building: centrally located in downtown Brooklyn. Full-service doorman luxury building and safe. Gym (free), lounges, laundry, rooftop. Within 1min walk to A/C/G/2/3 trains and 5min walk to Q/R/F/4/5 and Trader Joe's, Target, Whole Foods, etc. Less than 10min to Manhattan.

Who we are looking for: prefer female in 20s or 30s who works full-time and not from home. No pets. No excessive cooking. Clean, responsible and respectful. Credit check needed (40x rent)

Your roommates: we are both busy, young female professionals in our late 20s, minimalist, clean, respectful and friendly.

Rent: $1500/month + utility (water, electricity, wifi, toiletries and cleaning supply, usually run $30-50 a month)
