I will be going out of town for work for 3 months and am looking to sublet my room in a spacious luxury condo.
The master bedroom is spacious, bright and has harbor and city views.
There is a walk-in closet, large ensuite bathroom, TV with apple tv and Sonos speakers.
The fully equipped modern kitchen and living room is shared with one person/roommate.
The second bathroom is reserved for the second roommate.
Our modern and spacious apartment in Downtown Brooklyn is bright and spacious with outstanding views of the Manhattan skyline and the New York Harbor including Lady Liberty. With plenty of windows on the north and west sides and on the 44th floor, it's difficult to get a bad view in any room of the apartment. Sunsets are some of the best you will find in NYC.
The building staff is friendly and helpful.
In a new construction building in Downtown Brooklyn, we enjoy all of the amenities that our building has to offer.
