Two Rooms available - both would share a large full size bathroom.

Room #1: $1650 ? Full size room, fits a full size bed, dresser, side table and TV comfortably. There is a pillar in the middle of the room that is currently used to hang a TV. It has two 11ft windows with shades on each side (West exposure) Great light all day long. AC/Heat unit. Has Deep closet. Pics attached of current space. This room will be unfurnished.

Room #2: $1250
This is technically the ?den space?. Current roommate put a wardrobe closet and curtain to create a private bedroom. It has a nice size window with rolling shade facing South, AC/Heat unit and deep closet. Will comfortably fit a full size bed and 1 night stand (Photo attached reflects a queen size mattress). You can flex this space professionally. However, It must have 12? gap from top (the building is strict about it), but I am totally fine if you can find someone to build a full wall. The den is off the common living space, which is huge, so I would be open to extend this bedroom out a couple of feet for an additional $100 per month (negotiable). For flex wall installation, it takes 1 day and cost approx $1000-$1200. This Room is unfurnished. Potential to keep wardrobe closet

Verizon Fios: 105 total - $35 each
Electric varies: Peak season: $150 - $50 each

For both rooms : No Deposit is required. However you are responsible to repair any damages you make and must be back to original condition. You must be on the lease. You are required to pay $100 application fee non-refundable, must have steady income and good credit score. Liquid assets can be included for monthly income (savings, stocks, etc) More details for serious renters.

About me: I am a 27 y/o gay man originally from LA who works full time in real estate management in Chelsea. At times, my work can be challenging, so I really enjoy my alone time when I get home to decompress and relax with some wine and take out ? I tend to do my own thing. I?m usually out of the house by 8:30 am ? and back no earlier than 6:30 pm. I work 40 hours a week with random days off, but I don?t expect my future roommates to tip toe around my schedule. Live your life, but just be courteous and respectful of everyone who lives in the space.

I enjoy trying new food and restaurants, going out to clubs and bars, fun physical activities, the arts, live music (all types) and pop-up events around the city.

DISCLAIMER:
I work for the company who manages the apartment building (No I don?t work in the building). As such, I get a rent reduction on this apartment, which is valued over $5,500. However, the discount I get is technically added to my wages and taxed. Therefore, to offset the costs I will be paying significantly less per month than my future roommates. All applicants must be okay with this. I want to upfront to avoid issues down the road and any type of resentment.
