Amazing industrial design, alcove studio located in a hip area with Franklyn av. Lots of coffee shops and bars near by, also nearby Propsect Park and Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Lots of natural light because of the big windows! I I'm moving out due to personal reasons and unfortunately can't stay here anymore, but highly recommend this gem. The building is super clean, there is a maintenance guy who keeps everything is perfect state, and the neighbours are a great community.
