1 room in 2.5 bed apartment- near 3/4 train

Hi all - i'm looking for someone to take over the other bedroom now that my roommate moved out 11/1. This apartment initially had 3 people but the small .5 bedroom is the sunroom and having that light in the apartment is awesome! The landlord lives on the premises (upstairs) and we are on the first floor of a brownstone. There is a large shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom has a large window and the bathroom is brand new. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the 3/4 train

About me - I'm a 35 year old vaccinated professional woman that works 1 day remote, 4 in the office. I love to watch tv, cook, walk around the nearby park, have a cocktail or two etc. My place is my sanctuary so I keep clean and tidy.

About you - You are vaccinated, respectful of the space, clean up after yourself and are considerate. I find that having a friendly, communicative relationship works best.

Pets- small dogs are ok but I’m allergic to cats unfortunately.
