Looking to sublet an unfurnished room in a 3bedroom 2 bath apartment in Crown Heights. Directly across from Botanical Gardens, 5-10min walk from Prospect Park.

The apartment is spacious, shared spaces are furnished, and has a ton of sunlight in living room coming through the floor to ceiling balcony entrance. There are all new appliances: in-unit washer/dryer, wine fridge, dishwasher, and double door fridge. Utilities not included w/ rent but approximately $100 a month for electricity, gas, and internet.

Apartment is plant/pet friendly. Currently have a 1 year old German Short Haired Pointer Mix named Effie. She will be in common spaces, but you have the autonomy to decide whether she can be allowed into your private room.

Shared spaces are cleaned weekly, and maintained daily by all household members. Looking for someone who is CLEAN, friendly, easy-going, respectful, body positive, conscious of race/other identity markers for self and others.

I (Vanessa) am teacher and work from 8-4pm. I am typically up at 6am, and would prefer someone with similar schedule, but also open if the person does not mind having someone up and roaming around that early. Kelsey is a model, and works various shifts/hours throughout the week. We both enjoy music, wine, tv shows, doing yoga and exercising in the apartment.
