Large Room, Huge Basement, W/D, Cute Dog

Large unfurnished room (~155 sq ft, 8'7" x 18') with a garden view. 1 south facing window. Huge finished basement. Great for if you're looking for studio/work/rehearsal/gym space. I have been living here 2 years and I feel it's the nicest place I've ever lived.

The walls could be thicker. I find it pretty easy to tune out, but not a great place if you are extremely sensitive to footsteps and murmur of folks upstairs.

I am clean, conscientious & laid back. I work as a manager at a pilates studio 4 days a week and also do freelance design/motion graphics. I am pretty quiet and introverted but I'm definitely ok with having guests over. I have a 11 year old Lab/Corgi mix who is well behaved & good with people, cats, and some dogs. I grow a lot of houseplants. Looking for a roommate who is queer & trans friendly. Strong preference for shoes off inside.
